Fun and Healthy Halloween Treat Ideas

Now we all know that Halloween has been associated with children out trick-or-treat and return with more than they probably will never be able to eat.

This fruity. Rolled and dried fruit snack packs.

Cheese snack crackers or pretzels packages. These are at hand that are in packages of cream cheese.

Granola bars. The major cereal manufacturers are always coming up with new flavors like S'mores to encourage children to eat healthier snacks. They are an excellent alternative to the traditional sweet and savory as a single!

Microwave Popcorn. You can now purchase this high fiber, low calorie snack and fun for the little individual serving sizes. Buy a box and open the country out of the bowl to free the children.

100 calorie packs of cookies or snacks. Traditional favorites such as Chips Ahoy now come in small bites biscuits packed in individual packets of a size of 100 calories.

Yogurt covered pretzels. Pretzels are a favorite with children too, and yogurt covered pretzels are a treatment alternative to the sweat of good treats.

Bags of trail mix. Trail mix usually M & Ms or other parts of the chocolate so the kids still get candy, but not as much, and they treat have healthier food in it like dried fruits and nuts.

No edible treats are excellent for Halloween trick or treating, too. Not all treatments must be something you can eat.
